Unfinished:Waterloo is a hack to turn the group narrative role playing game Unfinished into a solo RPG. Unfinished:Waterloo not only turns the basic unfinished RPG into a solo game but wraps the game play in the setting of one of modern Europes defining moments, the Battle of Waterloo, 1815.
